Your attitude and approach to a situation determines your ability to
stay in control.
I have a friend named Dorcas. On one Sunday, after mass. She had to
read a banch of announcements in an African languge(kiswahili) after
which she made a speech that she hadn't written or prepared for.
Yes, she did make mistakes in her 'speech'. Mistakes to which the
audience roared to in laughter.
Dorcas knew she made mistakes and she also understood the fact that
she could not rewind time or undo her wrong.
So, she carried on making her mistakes feel like intentional fouls
then eventually jokes.
She maintained a positive attitude throughout the situation, in view
of more than 70 literate people.
The art of remaining confident in every situation gives us an
oppotunity to see beyond the box and have a view of what lies past our obstacles
Most of us become in-effective because we let the circumstance we are
in take charge other than ourselves.
A hyena can only attack a person thats shorter than its self.
When you encounter one, do not be frightened and yet your taller,
remain incharge.
Maintain your positive attitude.
