Oppotunites

In a game of poker, there is a time when players with raise bonds and
shake off the weak hearted ones. At this moment of time the players
raising the bonds seem to show off by betting amongst themselves. A
good player will always know when to pull out of a game, when to risk
it all and when to threaten the strong-handed. So when you venture
into another activity or even in your current activities. You need to
know when to sit, stand and walk away. Folks, good management is based
on the virtual of the fact that every activity has a cycle or rather a
limited life-span. This means in every activity, you only stand the
chance of topping for a limited time.

Use your weaknesses

Weaknesses should not be considered liabilities. Weaknesses are the
red line and the mark for our limits. In life at some point in time
you need to know how far to push, how much to demand, whats on deck to
trade and when to trade. In this way, you are well aware of which step
to take and how much is needed to complete the journey to a
successful venture. As a manager once a competitor shows an upper hand
in the field. I'd recommend a tactical backdown from taking the lead.
In this way you stand a chance of preparing for a powerful come-back
as well as a chance to find a weak spot in your competitors abilities
and strength. Its not losers that backdown and its not winners that
keep on pushing the whole way..... Go ahead give me a feedback! Next
we'll look at oppotunities in ventures.

Know your strengths

As a successful manager one of the essentials is to know your weapon
and how to strategically put it to use in the field during
competition. Know your strength. In this way, you know just when to
flood the market, how to create and control a climax of demand and
when to withdraw... Every manager has a unique technic of management
that looks perfectly unbeatable. BUT, the secret behind every strength
is a spot of weakness. Knowing your competitor's weakness helps you
develop a point of time in which to over take . Strengths are
important during come back situations. We will get a chance to see why
in the next post. Futhermore we'll look at Weaknesses and why they are
essential to both personal and public management... Please do give me
a feedback on how helpful this information is to your venture.

Pushing to the finishing line!

Usually every plan sounds like
a piece of cake on paper. But it later becomes no walk in the park.
This is because some ideas are in-practical and plans are built on
ideas like these. One of the main reasons why people tend to give up
on their plans is because they grow weary mid way their journey to
success. So as a manager or a leader, once you emberk on doing
something, ensure you know what you are walking into. Then stand your
ground and look forward to your activity being accomplished, to
detail as planned. Furthermore, as you plan, make sure you are well
aware of your strengths, weaknesses, oppotunities and threats. Lets
look at why this is essential on my next post... Till then!

How to get the best out of what you do!

Targets... As
a day dawns we come up with plans and ways on how we'll manage to pay
the bills and keep on surviving... Now, when you walk out of your
house you always tend to have a reason for doing so. That is what I
refere to as a goal. This is what fuels your movement; its what keeps
you going on, its a target. Targets are essential in planning because
they are the reason why we decide to keep on going even when we are in
favourable positions in life. Its like running a race. When the wistle
has been blown. Each of the runners has in mind an aim of getting to
their target first before anyother. It would be CRAZY for one to take
the lead of the race, then suddenly start walking because he'd led the
first half of the race. That is why targets are essential in planning,
they keep us going, keeping our minds set on attaining a specific goal
in a moment of time. Never settle for anything less than what you'd
planned. Make this your principle and give me a feedback, let me know
how it works for you...

HOW TO GET THE BEST OUT OF WHAT YOU DO!

HOW TO GET THE BEST OUT OF WHAT YOU DO!

Principles and Discipline...

Well, in this life principles are like voluntary cops with no uniform.
So they stand by junctions in life pointing us to the directions we planned to go,
toward our destinies and yet they have no power in them. Just like a
zebra-crossing near a highway.

The decisions we make daily determine the amount of success we achieve in our careers and life.

Now, the big question remains on what grounds do you stand to make your decisions?

Are you aware that Success does not come as a result of a one day
decision?

Yes, its a long term plan that involves taking of strategic
steps at a certain time in the progress of an activity. At the end of
the road stands our set destinies called targets.

Targets are as essential and voice-less as principles. They aid in our journey to
success. When you fail to attain your set target and disobey your very
own principles, its like driving a car with limited gas past your
destination.

Another step to attaining the best out of what you do...
Please do feel free to give me a feedback, via this blog on anything
you see of interest!

How to get the best out of what you do!

HOW TO GET THE BEST OUT OF WHAT YOU DO!

Charge against the wind...

It must all begin with your will and what
your heart wants to do. That is what you can achieve. Many at times
people say '...you must finish that which you start...' its easily
said than done.

Its less complicated to start an activity than to complete one.

A very important principle we so often ignore is that
'the finish is as important as the start!' As man, my marital status
calls for me to do my house chaos personally.

At times I decide to move my countable furniture from one room to another so I can do a
thorough clean of my home. But at some point in time, I get so
exhausted that I feel like I want to thorw in the towel before attaing
my objective of a good house clean.

That is when my displine to my principles are tested. Inspite of exhaustion, I carry on against my
own will. Why? Because its a worthy cause and an attainable objective.
This is a very simple principle that is capable of helping you reach
an un-imaginable level of success in life.

Try it for seven days, then feel free to give me a feedback via this blog. You can always leave a
comment and i will get back to you...
